Living with Conscious Confidence: Segment 3

Explained in an interview on Conscious Confidence Radio – A Timeless Wisdom with Sarah Mane: Living with Conscious Confidence with Dr. Pat Baccili

Staring Fear in the Face

Dr. Pat:  Recognizing that we have fear is super important, but more important than that is we look at fear almost as a pathology, a chronic habit. I believe that’s something we choose… but on the other hand, we are also able to choose to be courageous. How do we overcome fear?

Sarah Mane:  We need to face our fears and not become them. It’s the degree to which you assume an identity, and I use those words deliberately. We assume an identity. It’s not a real identity. It’s not the truth of ourselves, but we assume an identity that is false and the degree to which we do that is the degree to which we experience fear. It can become a severe condition, or it can become a glorious conquest.
