We’re practicing whether we know it or not, whether we’re conscious of it or not, whether we’re intentionally doing it or not….we are always practicing something. The question is, what do we want it to be? There’s an opportunity to make a conscious choice of what we’re practicing, or we can repeat something completely unconsciously and by default – but either way we’re getting good at it because we’re repeating it every moment of the day. My suggestion is to make it intentional, so the outcome is actually what we want rather than getting something that we don’t want, because we didn’t know. Practice conscious confidence and raising your awareness.
